In addition to that, there is no optimization when doing Closed Loop Steptesting and the general practice is to switch the LP (or QP) off during steptesting. Also I believe in practice to get decent models when steptesting in Closed Loop, the steps have to be a bit ...

Communication failure led to death of Robert Greenacre at Lindsey Oil Refinery, inquest hears
Thursday, May 17, 2012: BREAKDOWNS in communication led to the death of a pipefitter at Total Lindsey Oil Refinery, an inquest found.
Returning a narrative verdict at the inquest of Robert Greenacre, a jury concluded there had been "a series of miscommunications".
North Lincolnshire and Grimsby coroner Paul Kelly read the unanimous narrative verdict of the jury to the court, which has been sitting for two days at Cleethorpes Town Hall.
